payments 1. Order & Payment Policy
- All orders placed through our website are subject to confirmation based on product availability.
- Advance Delivery Charge: To confirm any Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the delivery charge must be paid in advance. This ensures the commitment of the buyer.
- Inside Dhaka: Advance charge is ৳70.
- Outside Dhaka: Advance charge is ৳130.
- The remaining product price will be collected by the delivery man or agent upon handing over the parcel.
local_shipping 2. Delivery Guidelines
- Delivery inside Dhaka generally takes 1-2 business days.
- Delivery outside Dhaka typically takes 2-3 business days depending on the courier service.
- Crucial: Customers must check the parcel in front of the delivery man or agent. If any visible damage to the box is found, do not accept the package.

- Unboxing Video is Mandatory: পার্সেল এর বক্স খোলার সময় অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ এবং স্পষ্ট একটি আনবক্সিং ভিডিও (Unboxing Video) করতে হবে। ভিডিও ছাড়া কোন ধরণের ড্যামেজ বা মিসিং প্রোডাক্টের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
- If the product has a functional defect right out of the box, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, attaching the unboxing video as proof.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
- Advance delivery charges are non-refundable if the customer rejects the parcel at the door without a valid product-defect reason.
